The game simply doesn't work for me, I can launch it alright but then I thought I couldn't walk, turns out there's a several seconds long delay after I press and hold W before she starts walking, then it works fine until I release W and then I'll have to do it all over again to get her walking once more, interactions doesn't seem to work at all.
Edit: this was build 11 I just noticed, I got it back when the game was free aaand well, with such a stellar first impression I don't really fancy paying to see if it works better.
Really cool game! I love the VHS/ps1 style graphics; it really gives you a nostalgic feeling when playing. The one thing that threw me off, however, was the sound. Man, my ears were taking a beating from the screams of the killer. It really made the game feel nerve-wracking, which was really good, but after a while, it gets a little annoying but not game ruining. Overall super fun game and I can't wait to check out your other stuff!
confirmed I am having the exact same problem as above, does not matter what bindings I change for ASWD, I cannot move the character anywhere, I can only look around with mouse look. I tried compatibility mode and different keyboard, and a controller, none of them read the movement keys
I did try all of the other quality settings, and the closest it got was during high setting, it read W +D at the same time for about 2 seconds, and then nothing. I tried a controller and nothing. I have played your other games on this system with no issues, lemme know if you find a fix, and Ill keep trying

There is a huge problem with the movement controls. I can't play this game cuz the character don't move. Please fix it, so I can check the game.

try this, this helped them, let me know if it doesn't work.
